This wine, also aged 21 months in oak, has aromas and flavours of black currant and black cherry with a hint of tobacco. The wine shows some youthful grip with a structure suitable for aging.

97 Points, John Schreiner

The black cherry fruit penetrates from start to finish, with ample acidity and silky tannins. There’s a dark streak of earth, char and coffee grounds that punches up the finish with a pleasing bitterness. It plays well against the sweet cherry fruit and continues on through with astringent tea and tobacco highlights.

93 Points, Paul Gregutt - Wine Enthusiast Magazine

I love the drier attack and the savoury red and black fruit that pushes through to the palate along with rich blueberry.

92 Points, Anthony Gismondi
